About the role

Provide hands-on daily care and support to children with medical complexities
Help kids with activities of daily living and encourage independence
Support developmentally appropriate activities and daily schedules
Work as part of a caring, multidisciplinary team under nursing supervision

What we’re looking for

Great communicator – clear, warm and easy to understand
An ability and to really engage with children, not just watch them!
Comfortable with basic computer use and learning electronic charting
Childcare/healthcare experience preferred (not required!)
Current negative TB test (PPD) required
Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification required

Drivers transport The Kidz Club clients to and from the family's homes using passenger vans/light buses. There is always an additional TKC employee on the vehicle. **
