OVERVIEW
The Kidz Club PPEC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about pediatric care and interested in expanding their impact beyond bedside nursing. As a Clinical Outreach Nurse, you’ll leverage your clinical knowledge and communication skills to build partnerships, drive referrals, and support the growth of our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) services. This role offers nurses a professional change of pace coupled with meaningful community engagement.
While open to both RNs and LPNs, this position presents a valuable growth opportunity for LPNs seeking to step into a strategic, community-facing role. QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Florida (or compact license)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 6 months in pediatric care (PICU, NICU, or PPEC preferred)
- Current CPR (Basic Life Support) certification required
- Current TB test required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency)
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Implement strategic marketing plans given by the Director of Strategic Growth and Outreach and the Clinical Outreach Manager to support the company's growth objectives
- Build relationships with providers, hospitals, schools, and community organizations
- Present and educate healthcare, school, and community professionals about The Kidz Club's PPEC services
- Coordinate and attend outreach events, such as health fairs and provider lunches
- Collaborate with internal teams to support referral coordination and assist with any outstanding needs or follow-up items for current patients
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on outreach activities and referral trends
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional, courteous communication with providers, community partners, staff, clients, and families
- Follow all The Kidz Club policies and procedures, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Travel within assigned market(s) is required. A company vehicle will be provided; mileage reimbursement offered if personal vehicle is used (reliable personal transportation is necessary)
- Perform all other duties as assigned by The Director of Strategic Growth and Outreach and/or Clinical Outreach Manager
